Refund Policy

The refund conditions depend on the date and nature of your booking.

1. Non-Refundable Dates

Bookings made for:
   •    Weekends (Fridays to Sundays)
   •    Public holidays (official and unofficial)

…are generally non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

2. Other Dates

For bookings on weekdays (Monday to Thursday, excluding holidays), a partial or full refund may be granted in case of cancellation. All refund decisions are subject to review and approval by Lake Lounge Lugano management.
