1. Scope of Service

Lake Lounge Lugano provides access to a private outdoor venue for personal use only. The location is not a public event space and does not include food or beverage service, nor the installation of permanent or temporary structures.

2. Use of Property

The space may be used solely for private events. Commercial or public events are not permitted without prior written approval. All guests must adhere to local laws, noise regulations, and the internal rules communicated upon booking.

3. Bookings & Payments

A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking. The exact amount and conditions depend on the selected date and booking type. Full booking confirmation is only guaranteed once payment is received.

4. Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage to the property during their stay. Lake Lounge Lugano is not liable for injuries, lost items, or incidents occurring during use of the premises.
